Refund policy

The fabrics are pure and the weaves are delicate, requiring very careful handling, therefore, we can only accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it ships, provided no tassels or fall pico were added per your request. A credit equal to your order value will be issued for future purchases on our website.
  • Only unstitched garments (sarees, unstitched suit sets and dupattas) are eligible for cancellations. Orders for fabrics cannot be cancelled / returned.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange your order only if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request or confirmation.
  • You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange.
  • Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.
